What is live-in care?
At Empowerment Healthcare we can provide live-in care, a great alternative to moving to a care home. You can remain in your own home with familiar surroundings, whilst receiving round the clock care.
This can be either long term if you have complex care needs and health challenges, or a short term care solution if you have recently been discharged from hospital and need support in regaining your independence. At Empowerment Healthcare, our live-in care service can be both a realistic and affordable alternative to residential care.

At Empowerment Healthcare, our live-in care service is tailored to each individual based on your own needs and requirements, allowing you to remain in your own home with your loved ones. No two days are the same and you can enjoy outings and social visits when it suits you. We offer a range of services as part of our live-in care:

• Managing medication
• Meal preparation
• Housekeeping
• Social outings
• Support with your pets
• Give family members/carer a break (respite care)
Who will provide your care?
All of our live-in care assistants are employed and trained directly by Empowerment Healthcare where we offer regular supervision and professional development to everyone in our care team. Each care assistant is trained and carefully matched to your individual requirements.
Our care assistants will respect you and your home, as well as your own space and privacy but will be immediately on hand to give professional care with the time and attention you would like, which cannot always be provided in a busy care home.
