Empowerment Healthcare is a health and social care service based in North London. We provide excellent and cost-effective homecare support for adults as well as children and families, which supports and meets service users’ needs and promotes their independence. The services we provide include reablement and long-term care and support to individuals in their own homes. From 30 minutes to 24-hour live-in care, we provide flexible options to support service users to live comfortably in their own homes.

We provide care support tasks in the areas of personal care, cleaning and house care, practical and social support, health related tasks, night/day sitting services, night sleeping/waking service and live-in services. We promote and enhance the client’s ability to exercise choice and control and all clients are fully involved with the planning and implementation of their individual care.

We also aim to improve the emotional wellbeing of our clients by promoting personal dignity and respect, enhancing their quality of life and encouraging freedom from discrimination and harassment.

We specialise in working with clients and their families who require care in their own homes. We offer a unique service of personalised care visits from check-in visits to full live-in support.
