Supported Living for Mental Health
Information
When you're living with mental health challenges, having the right support makes all the difference. Our specialist team provides tailored supported living services for adults that promote recovery, build confidence, and help you maintain your independence in your own home.
What makes our approach different:
We recognize that mental health recovery is deeply personal. Our trained support workers understand the importance of building trust, respecting your pace, and working alongside you - not making decisions for you. Whether you're moving on from hospital, need help maintaining your tenancy, or want support to engage more with your community, we adapt our service to match your goals and circumstances.
Our mental health supported living services include:
Flexible support from a few hours per week to 24-hour assistance
Help with daily living skills, budgeting, and household management
Medication prompting and health appointment support
Building confidence to access community activities and opportunities
Support maintaining relationships with family and friends
Assistance developing coping strategies and recognizing early warning signs
Practical help with benefits, housing, and employment goals
Crisis prevention and de-escalation support
Working in partnership:
We work closely with mental health services, care coordinators, social workers, and commissioners across North London to ensure you receive joined-up, consistent support. We maintain strong relationships with local mental health teams and can provide seamless transitions from hospital or residential settings into your own home.
Your rights matter:
In supported living, you have your own tenancy and the right to choose who supports you. We respect your home, your privacy, and your decisions. Our role is to enable you to live the life you want - with the support you need, when you need it.
